No KPI value appears anywhere on this site. The SQL side computes over synthetic data for a fictional dealer group, and the DAX side has never been evaluated by a Microsoft engine.
No invented benchmarks either
This project has no real dealership performance data, so it states no industry benchmark. Every numeric threshold in the catalogue is labelled a project default with its source: a parameter of the calculation, not a standard.

Front-end, back-end and total gross kept separate on purpose: combining them early destroys the diagnosis. Manufacturer incentives are excluded from the initial model, so new-vehicle profitability is incomplete by design.

Interpretation caution
Because incentives are excluded, new-vehicle front gross is systematically understated relative to a real store; this is a modelling boundary, not a finding, and must never be implied to reflect real-world profitability.
Every measure above is computable from SQL today and verified against an independent derivation from the warehouse. The DAX that will serve them to a report has never been run.
